Dancing with Alligators

Dancing with Alligators

I have been extremely neglectful in updating this blog, as my last entry was on August 14, 2014 — almost six months ago. A lot of water has passed under the bridge since then. (GASP… a cliché! Quick, where’s my crucifix?) Suffice it to say that I have been getting a real education in all of the “non-writing” aspects of getting a book published. I could plead lack of time, as I was busy with all of the legalities of getting Arc Flash Publishing, LLC properly set up under Texas law.

Then came all of the final formatting for the first book in my SENTIENCE Trilogy, STORM CLOUDS GATHERING, which was released in Amazon Kindle format on August 28, 2014. Then there was development of the first book trailer, which my son Jeramy put together for me.

Or, because I was busy marketing SCG on Facebook.
Then came the final formatting and another book trailer for DEFYING THE PROPHET,

Book-2 in my SENTIENCE Trilogy, which was released on Amazon Kindle on November 28, 2014… followed by even more Facebook marketing. for DTP.

Then came the final formatting and yet a third book trailer for WRATH OF AN ANGRY GOD

Book-3 in my SENTIENCE Trilogy, which is currently available as it was released on March 2, 2015… followed by even more Facebook marketing for WAG (sigh).

Throw in trying to write two new unrelated books, Halloween, my son’s wedding in my back yard, Thanksgiving, Christmas and a three-week trip to Florida to move my mother back to Texas… and you might get an idea of the depth of the alligators around here — and why I haven’t updated this blog before now

So what (you might ask) have I accomplished with all this headless-chicken chasing that I’ve been doing?

Yeah… I’m pretty happy with the results so far.
